Getting Here

Sacramento is one of the easiest destinations to get to on the West Coast, whether you’re traveling by air, train or car.

Air – Sacramento International Airport  (SMF) serves as the gateway to Northern California and was recently named fourth best airport in North America for customer service by Airports Council International (ACI). SMF offers more than 175 nonstop flights per day to over 35 destinations. Located just 15 minutes outside of downtown, it’s quick and easy to depart your flight and reach your next destination within the city. See current direct flights at SMF here.

Train – Sacramento’s historic downtown Amtrak station is only blocks away from the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center and the heart of downtown. Especially if you’re traveling from elsewhere in the West, Amtrak offers a scenic, relaxing option for your trip to Sacramento.

Car – Sacramento offers direct access to highways 50, 80, 99 and 5, making it incredibly convenient for those traveling by car. The city is located under two hours from San Francisco and Lake Tahoe, creating an ideal spot for both city and mountain residents to meet at. View maps.

Walking – Once you’re here, set out and explore Sacramento on foot. The city’s downtown and midtown are designed in an easy-to-learn grid system, and the flat, tree-lined streets make it comfortable to stroll to your meeting or dinner when the work is done. LINK TO WALKING MAPS COMING SOON
