Transportation

Getting to and from the airport – and all-around town – is easy. Most major rental car companies are available at SMF, as well as ride-hailing services from taxis and companies such as Uber, Lyft, Wingz, and Turo. Sacramento Regional Transit District (SacRT) is also available to transport passengers from the airport to locations around the city. SacRT’s Route 142 runs an express bus service every 20-30 minutes, seven days a week, from SMF to downtown Sacramento. Check out the schedule and map at www.SacRTAirport.com.
