WEST SACRAMENTO

West Sacramento is just across the Sacramento River from Sacramento, which also divides Sacramento and Yolo counties. Great views of Old Sacramento Waterfront and the downtown Sacramento skyline can be had from the pleasant river walk between Tower Bridge and the I Street Bridge, and West Sacramento is also home to Sutter Health Park, home of the Sacramento River Cats, the AAA affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, and for the next three seasons, the MLB's Athletics.
