Thank you to everyone who attended the 2025 State of Tourism. The highlight of the event was the announcement of Farm to Fork at Terra Madre Americas. This will combine Terra Madre Americas, the U.S. version of Slow Food’s Terra Madre Salone del Gusto – one of the world's largest food events held in Turin, Italy every other year – with key elements of Visit Sacramento’s Farm-to-Fork Festival.
