- Deaf/Hearing Loss Accommodations Details: The Golden 1 Center is pleased to offer complimentary Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) to guests with visual impairments & hearing difficulties. ALDs can be obtained at the Guest Services Station at Section 109 on the Plaza level and at Section 207 on the Bridge Level. Identification will be required and held to reserve a device. Identification will be returned once the ALD is returned. Golden 1 Center is pleased to offer closed-captioning of the public address announcements.
