Celebration Arts is Sacramento's premiere center for arts that explore the Black experience. Originally conceived as a dance company by James Wheatley and others, in 1986 Celebration Arts was established as a non-profit organization that has served and impacted the community with dynamic and meaningful offerings in theatre, music, dance and youth education for almost 40 years.
