Fairytale Town is one of Sacramento's most beloved children's attractions, with its fairytale-themed playsets, and on this episode of the Visit Sacramento Podcast, Fairytale Town Executive Director Kevin Smith-Fagan shares how the outdoor park has been able to stay open during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Smith-Fagan says the park is a great way for children to stimulate their minds, have fun, and use their imaginations, and since the park's birthday is in August, there are free Otter Pops on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays as well as additional games like frisbee golf and soccer golf for the kids to enjoy.
Playsets are regularly cleaned, and masks are required for everyone 3 and over, and in the midst of everything going on in the world, Smith-Fagan says Fairytale Town is "definitely the kind of place where you can see humanity putting its best foot forward."
