This Downtown Sacramento restaurant, located in the Hyatt Regency Hotel, is offering a special three-course prix-fixe menu on Christmas Eve. Begin your meal with Dawson’s’ warm spinach salad or lobster chowder before indulging in your choice of “turducken” or prime rib. Be sure to save room for a chocolate orange yule log with brandied cherries and cinnamon crème anglaise for dessert.
