Terra Madre Americas is almost here! From Sept. 26-28, 2025, downtown Sacramento will transform into the largest food festival the city has ever hosted. And the best part? Admission is FREE.  Whether you’re planning to join us for one day or the whole weekend, here’s how to make the most of your visit.

Coming for the Whole Weekend (Sept. 26–28)

Want the full experience? Here’s how to pace yourself across all three days. Make it even easier by booking a stay at one of Sacramento’s many hotels within walking distance of the festival.

  • Friday: Explore food and drink tastings from across the Americas at the Marketplace, attend engaging panels and demos, and sip your way through 80+ wines at the Enoteca.
  • Saturday: In addition to all the indoor experiences, the outdoor street festival takes over the streets surrounding the Convention Center, starting Saturday. Go all-in with the outdoor street festival by exploring local vendors, grabbing a bite to eat from one of the food trucks, enjoying craft beer and wine at the Sky River Casino Bar, and catching live music from The War on Drugs, Spoon, Jade Bird, and Passion Pit (Solo Acoustic) on the Golden 1 Live Music Stage.
  • Sunday: Take a more relaxed approach by revisiting favorite exhibitors inside the Marketplace, catching final panels and workshops, and enjoying the last performance of the weekend from Big Head Todd & The Monsters on the Golden 1 Live Music Stage before the festival closes.
