The World Butchers' Challenge is coming to Sacramento's Golden 1 Center Sept. 3, and teams from 13 countries will compete in what the organizers describe as the "Olympics of Meat."

Team USA is headed by Danny Johnson of Taylor's Market, with Paul Carras (also of Taylor's Market) joining other American butchers from across the United States to represent the nation as they face off against teams from France, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand and more.

On this week's episode of the Visit Sacramento Podcast, learn about the event and what it takes to compete from both Carras and Ashley Gray, CEO of World Butcher's Challenge.
