Visit Sacramento invites you to take advantage of our limited-time “Pick Your Perks” promotion.
The Perk:
Receive Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, or IHG Points ($100 Value) or a $100 Visa or Amazon gift card for each qualified RFP submitted, not to exceed 5 RFPs per meeting planner during the promotion period.
How to Apply:
- Submit an RFP to your Visit Sacramento Sales Director or the Visit Sacramento website form below, or via the CVENT platform by December 31, 2025.
- Be sure to clearly mention the “Pick your Perks Promotion” when submitting the RFP to ensure your submission is eligible.
How to Qualify:
- The RFP must be for a minimum of 300 total room nights, with at least 50 rooms on peak, and not to exceed 2,000 rooms on peak.
- The group must actualize its program between October 1, 2025, and December 31, 2029.
- The offer is valid for new business only (i.e., the group has never booked Sacramento or has not held said meeting in the destination within the past three years).
- Groups must have intent to contract within 90 days of RFP submission.
- Not applicable to tentative, previously contracted, or repeat business within the 3-year window.
- Social events, weddings, and similar events are not eligible.
- Visit Sacramento reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any RFP submission. Fraudulent, incomplete, or noncompliant submissions will be disqualified.
- Recipients are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving gift cards. Visit Sacramento is not responsible for any tax-related obligations.
- Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Visit Sacramento reserves the right to substitute a gift card of equal value or discontinue the promotion at its sole discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Gift cards will be issued electronically within 1 month of verified RFP submission, provided all qualifying criteria are met.
