This year, the Sacramento Brewers Showcase collides with May4th (“May the Fourth”) so each participating brewery will be brewing a beer thatrepresents the Light Side or Dark Side. With our “BeerFlavored Beer” force as our powerful ally, we chose the Light Side and brewed a Cold IPA that we call “Noooo! I am your IPA!” Created using lowerfermentation temperatures to showcase low alpha, high oil hop varieties thatgush with fruity flavors of peach & tangerine. It has soft mouth feel of ahazy, yet remains crisp & clear beer due to cold fermentation techniques. 

Aspectacular food, beer & spirit pairing that you will not want to miss!  OaxacanLamb Barbacoa - marinaded in a rich and flavorful blend of dried smoky chilies,aromatic & fresh orange juice, then wrapped in banana leaves and slowcooked over Oak & Hickory in our Green Egg for a tender, juicy, falling offthe bone meal.  Paired with our ArmadaBrown Ale and a smokey Rayu Mezcal.  4:00-9:30pm

Ifyou know... you know!  Get ready for an evening of food, drink, music, dance and culture! Joinus on our back patio for our first Paella Wednesday of the season.  We will have the full group of flamencomusicians and dancers providing the entertainment and Chef Santana will bepreparing our huge Mixta Paella of Chicken, Chorizo, Mussels, Shrimp &Clams. Beerand Ice Cream?  It’s amazing!  This is the day we highlight our carousel ofdesserts that has landed us in just about every major Magazine in Sacramento.Imagine our house made La Luna Oatmeal Stout over OrganicSoft Serve from Petaluma’s Straus Family Creamery served four ways.  Using both Vanilla & Chocolate andseveral house made toppings such as Caramel, Raspberry Coulis & ChocolateSauce, we have curated a quartet of four different beer floats.  All day event 

Wehave been pairing our Craft Beer with amazing and unique Spirits for years nowand we have it down to a science!  By eithermatching or contrasting theright notes of both the beer & spirit, we will tantalize your senses andelevate your tasting experience.  Enjoy a flight of three 4 oz beers perfectly paired with aflight of three 1 oz spirit pours.  Thisyear we are even pulling out an aged Maria Robust Porter as one of our veryunique pairings!
