Kalani Kakes is a home based cottage food bakery, licensed and permitted to sell direct to consumer and wholesale. Our specialty is Hawaiian style desserts, and our menu is inspired by the movie "50 First Dates". Our products include cakes, cupcakes, butter mochi, cookies and jams. We use local dairy and fruit from Northern California and source from Hawaii farms. We have sold at dozens of local popup shops and farmers markets, dozens of weddings and events, shipped nationwide starting in 2022, and work with local coffee shops and other businesses to supply desserts for resale. Kalani Kakes has been featured on "The Drew Barrymore Show", several local TV channels (Sacramento, CA), Edible Sacramento magazine, 2022 California State Fair Save Mart "California Kitchen", named one of Sacramento Bee's Top Popup Restaurants in 2021, and a guest on several podcasts.
