Shibori-Dyeing Techniques

Create uniquely patterned textiles using the traditional shibori technique of folding and binding. Supplies are provided, but participants are invited to bring small, non-bulky fabrics for experimentation and fun.

Instructor Yvonne Warren’s designs are eco conscious, and mixes their love for their heritage and their obsession with ethnic fabrics and gems. They love to paint and dye fabrics and patina metals. In addition to making beaturiful and funtional art for sale, they teach at their studio Jewels and Fiber.
