If you're looking for a good way to get some exercise, learn a new sport, and make some new friends, join us for the Sacramento Ultimate Player's Association "Ultimate 101" league. The league usually has about 20-30 new players, and a group of experienced ultimate coaches go over the basics of ultimate over the course of 9 weeks with instruction and drills, and then a 20-30 minute scrimmage at the end. The league is suitable for players of all ages and abilities and runs from Apr. 13 through Jun 8 at O'Neil Park Register here: Ultimate 101
