As Fay deals with the recent loss of her mother and the inevitable loss of her childhood home, she finds comfort in a local neighborhood bridge that her mother loved. However, one day she meets Hopkins, who happens to be on the bridge for other reasons. This sparks an unlikely friendship and both Fay and Hopkins begin to heal each other as they process their trauma together. JUMP is a heartfelt new play that tackles the grief of loss and the beauty in connection.
This play contains some coarse language and deals with themes grief, depression, and suicidal ideation. We encourage all patrons to use their own discretion in determining the appropriateness of the material.
