Dear Partners, Business Leaders, and Community Leaders, We are pleased to announce that the annual Golden Harvest Parade & Festival will be renamed the Golden Harvest Parade & Music/Dance Festival beginning this year. The 5th Annual Golden Harvest Parade & Music/Dance Festival will take place on October 24, 2026, in the Capitol area of Sacramento. As one of the most racially diverse cities in the United States, Sacramento’s rich cultural diversity makes it a vibrant and welcoming community. The Golden Harvest Parade & Music/Dance Festival, hosted by the nonprofit organization Golden Harvest Parade, was established in 2016 with the mission of bringing together the many ethnic communities in the greater Sacramento area to foster unity, harmony, and peace. Through this event, we aim to build mutual understanding among diverse cultures and promote collaboration throughout our community. Over the past four years, with the support of the City of Sacramento, our sponsors, local businesses, organizational partners, and cultural groups, the annual Golden Harvest Parade & Festival has grown in recognition and participation. It has become a platform where various ethnic communities can share their cultures, history, and heritage with the broader public, showcasing the richness of Sacramento’s cultural diversity. The event also creates a welcoming environment where people can engage, learn, and celebrate our shared unity. We will continue to expand our impact and strengthen community connections in the years ahead.
