Folsom Foundational Functional Fitness

This one of a kind indoor group fitness class will ensure you know how to get the absolute most from your workouts. It should not be missed by people seeking confidence in their strength training routine and honestly anyone looking to feel their best in their own bodies. Kinesiology Kim will have her very detail oriented eye on you to make sure you move forward on your fitness journey with your best, and most intentional, foot forward. :) January class dates are as follows: 1/9, 1/12, 1/16, 1/23, 1/26 and 1/30 all 3:00-3:45 pm.
