Dream BIG! Nite at the Races Gala

Don't Miss the Fun of Bidding on the Horses during a Kentucky Derby evening of fun, good food, bidding on horse races, elegant cakes, and wines! Mark your calendars for Friday, March 20, 2026, 5-9 p.m., at the Dante Event Center, 2330 Fair Oaks Blvd., Presented by the Assistance League of Sacramento, an all-volunteer 501 (c)(3) organization formed in 1968 to transforms lives through philanthropic programs in the Greater Sacramento area. Cost is $125 per person; last day to purchase tickets is Saturday, February 28, 2026. The evening offers an opportunity to bid on multiple horse races, try your luck at the popular Wheel of Wine, enjoy heavy hors d'oeuvres, bid on a selection of elegant cakes during the cake auction, and drop your raffle tickets for the chance to win one or more of a a variety of prizes. There will also be a Fund-A-Need auction to raise money for some of our outreach programs to elementary and middle school children, seniors, and apartment starter kits for foster youth, women escaping sexual exploitation, and homeless individuals finding permanent housing.
