The Courtland Pear Fair is the largest continuously running agricultural fair of its kind in Northern California. Held every year on the last Sunday of July in the historic town of Courtland, CA, this beloved community tradition has been bringing families together for generations. The Pear Fair celebrates the annual Bartlett pear harvest in the Sacramento River Delta, a region known for its deep agricultural roots and long-standing farming heritage. As a volunteer-run, non-profit organization, the Pear Fair provides educational scholarships and helps support the surrounding Delta community through local investment and engagement. This all-day community festival features live music, a parade, car show, beer and wine gardens, FREE kids activities, food and craft vendors, and competitions all centered around celebrating the region’s iconic fruit. It’s a “pear”fectly rooted celebration of community, agriculture, and tradition in the heart of the Delta. Admission is free. Parking is $20 per vehicle.
