The Center at Twenty-Three Hundred
The Center at Twenty-Three Hundred is a state-of-the-art multipurpose venue. Its versatility and amenities make it an ideal location for a wide range of events from performing arts and receptions to meetings and seminars. There are three event spaces. First, the Friedman Courtyard is a brick terrace surrounded by lush trees offering shade throughout the year, and it can accommodate 200 people for a reception. Then there's the Dramatic Lobby with floor-to-ceiling windows and built-in granite counter that can be used for guest registration or reception space for 80 people. The third space is the largest room, The Grand Hall, has a chameleon quality with its neutral colors that can change with the turn of a knob. Thousands of lighting options can transform this room instantly. The room is equipped with a fully operational stage with theatrical lighting and a 20-foot screen, A/V loft, production room and a good old-fashioned dressing room. The fourth space, KOH Library and Cultural Center, can be rented for smaller events or used as pre-event space. It has a ceiling-mounted projection system with built-in sound, a small stage, natural lighting and shades to create the perfect atmosphere.
