The Festival consists of 31 carefully selected films from around the USA and eight other countries. The film content covers everything from preserving the arts (Painting Bolinas, "My Brother Mike"), to the fate of two naïve Mormon missionaries (in the student short "Mercy, Grace and Crabmeat"), to people who have killed themselves rather than give in to rogue IRS agents (Death or Taxes--a Sacramento-based feature documentary). |
