Collective Soul, Trombone Shorty and Mat Kearney headline the 41st annual Sacramento Music Fest, which kicks off this Memorial Day Weekend in Sacramento (May 23-26, 2014).
One hundred bands will perform this weekend in Old Sacramento and Downtown Sacramento at a variety of venues in the largest live music festival in the city. Tickets for the four-day festival are currently on sale, and a $99 pass gets you in to all of the shows. Daily tickets start at $39.
The Sacramento Music Festival started as the Sacramento Jazz Festival more than four decades ago, and in the past few years, it has expanded to include a more diverse set of artists and variety of music. This year, see musicians performing blues, rock, zydeco, jazz, swing, rockabilly, big bands and more.
