Tuesdays: Fremont Park, Roosevelt Park;
Wednesdays: Cesar Chavez Park;

Sacramento's "Tweed Ride" is putting on its summer clothes, known as the "Seersucker Ride," a Victorian-era themed event that encourages period dress and a more relaxed style of riding.
