Sacramento, CA -- Sacramento Wine & Dine returns for the fourth year beginning May 23 until June 5, 2011. Nearly 30 of the area's best restaurants in Sacramento, Davis, Folsom, Granite Bay and Plymouth are participating in the annual restaurant promotion, offering three or four-course dinners at a fraction of the regular price.
